So, I was almost done with the rip,and I went for the big house where Mr Carpainter is. When I got there I disabled the sprite layer, and found that almost all of the blue people were a part of the layers 1 and 2! Do I leave them in, or do I take them out?
The sprite layer is off.
Can you show us some screenshots?
Most of the people in that room are background objects and not actually sprites. It's a neat trick the game uses.

Yeah, but do I leave them in?
I would, as they're part of the map.
There are two variants of that room, one with all the cultists and one without. Would be a good idea to put both.
