You guys accepted sheet for mr. Sandman in NES Punch-Out Style. I found this odd, considering mr. Sandman is already in the original game. At first, I figured it was just an edited version to make him look more like a different version of mr. Sandman. But... no. It's nothing more than a recolor all of the sheet that is already in the punch-out NES section.

Maybe I am missing something, but I am not seeing what is different besides the palate.

Looks like he changed the color scheme to that of Mr. Sandman in the SNES game. Still a lazy edit tho. Moved some frames around but no real editing.
