My gosh, sorry, but i have no idea of WHAT is this.... Sorry really.
To begin with, SCRAP PAINTBRUSH outta yer computer NOW.
There is a much better program(freeware OR shareware) called Graphicsgale, with if working witt a 15 bit or less picture lets you edit the palette as a whole, i mean, you can acctually colours without editing pixel by pixel.
There is other things too. 4000x zoom, and color control tools, really useful.
Please, remake the sprite from scratch, not trying to bash you, my first sprite was a ay brea that had a funky clown hair with only paint deafult colours too. Beeve me, after you get tbasics, you will run wild, but first do what i said andLEARN THE DAMN BASICS.
There are plenty of colouring tutorials out there too ^^
Though i suppose you´d better start with lineart tutorials.
also, iner anti aliasing is a good thing, keep that in mind, you need to learn about this IMMEDIATELY after learning about the colur scheme.
