I'm having trouble trying to even access the damn thing since it's a 7z.001 file. even the .7z file inside couldn't be accessed. my version of 7-Zip can't extract or open as archive
could someone either give be a successfully extracted copy of SMG's rom or at least help me on opening SMG's rom?
Can't help you illegally download a rom unfortunately, but once you have a .iso Dolphin can just extract that into a filesystem.
I'm not sure if WinRar opens .7z files but you could try it, that's what I use for any archives

still no luck and i got this error: Archive corrupt
Ensure the other parts of the archive (.7z.002, etc.) are downloaded and in the same directory.

there were no no other parts of that archive. 7z.001 was the only part i got downloaded from [removed]
Removed the name of an illegal ROM site as per our rules.

Oh yeah, it seems they're only hosting 1/3rd of the ISO. Weird. Find a different source.
