So for a while I was searching to see if anyone had ripped uh... ANYTHING Ys related, yet, could not find anything. Now if anyone else is in that position here are all(?) of the voice clips founds in Memories of Celceta

They are all organised... I think properly, but last I played was years ago, so there may be some misfitting things in the wrong folders. I might also try to submit this properly at some point.

Unfortunately Lacrimosa of Dana is out of my reach currently, for some reason, with NISA getting their grubby little mitts all over the game all of the sounds are encrypted in some way I do not understand.
