I have been looking all over the internet for these sounds, but I was never lucky enough to find them, only voices. So I decided to do some research into how to rip them. Sadly, I found no info on how to rip them directly from the game files themselves. But then, I heard that there was a hidden sound test available through one of the debug menus. So I figured out how to access the debug menus and gained access to the sound test. Then I recorded them in Audacity using the loopback/stereo mix recording method, and exported them as wav files. And while I used an emulator to do so, I still have my physical copy of the game.

This is the result.

Code:
Container: .wav
Codec: PCM S16 LE (s16l)
Channels: Mono
Sample Rate : 44100 Hz
Bits per Sample: 16
Bitrate: 705 kb/s

These sound effects include common menu sounds such as cursor movement, some growls, the battle transition, and an unused jingle. File names follow the hex value represented in the sound test. There aren't very many as there were some duplicates and empty values, the rest is all I could find.

EDIT: So the sounds seem to be very quiet when I compare them to other sources. I can amplify them if need be.
