I have been hearing about this Music resource, but why do people want it so much?!

Is it because we cant upload video game music to the Sounds Resource?

I cant find much information on this, can you guys provide me with information please.

Music Resource is a disaster waiting to happen, I feel. Especially for DMCA-happy companies (one in particular )
