when i save the state in the phoenix project emulator, it creates a file with the extension .states
how to check this file?

uuuuuuuh I took a quick look and I can -maybe- make something out in GGD? High bit depths (like 16-24) produce results that looks somewhat okay but there's definitely something funny going on. Compressed maybe.
