So I'm trying to create an account on spritewars.com but when it asks for the security check it just isn't there. The question is there but not the security check itself. And I know I'm getting the question right. So what exactly do I do in this situation.
I don't exactly see how whatever happens with Sprite Wars is really the concern of anyone on the TVGR. If I were you I would contact the administrators over there instead of asking here.

I tried but I couldn't Email them because the security check to send the Email... wasn't there, so it didn't allow me to send it.
Well do you know if they have a social media account for the site you are trying to join?
There's more than one method of contacting other people on spritewars or any other site besides Email.
Social media is going to be your best bet. Chances are, they entered an incorrect API key and the security verification isn't loading as a result - there's nothing you can do on your end. Nobody here can really tell you more than that unfortunately because we don't run that site nor are we affiliated with them in any way.
