So i managed to get the files from madoka magica portable, but i got a bunch of .pac and .dat files, both noesis and dragonunpacker can't seem to open the pac files...im at a loss for what to do. Am i missing something here or do i need to use an external program?

It never hurts to check Xentax or Zenhax every once in a while, since I found a QuickBMS script on this page that should help you with the .pac files: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=8583
