I've been wanting to extract the particle effect textures from this game for ages. I'm in a SSB modding Discord but cracking these files is not a priority for the researchers there.

I'd love if someone could get these for me!

just cause they downloaded doesn't mean that they'll be interested..

iirc, outfoxed made a tool that can open ptcl files from sm4sh since it was able to import and export the texture files, but idk if he ever released it.

I just found it odd that it has a download, because what else would they do with the file?
