Even writing small talk can be challenging...
Good morning! I've been awake until 3AM to make a lot of things - text, graphics, sheet and music.

The latest thing we did is a sound limiter! You know how sound effects cut the melody when played? This is because the GB only has 4 sound chanels that are shared with music and SFX.

We added it to give the player the true GB feeling in the game. Personally i think that it's a nice effect! However, if you don't like it, you can disable this limitation and play sounds as as you wish.

Check it out here!
We inaugurated a devblog concerning this project and its creation and design. Give it a check, there's a lot of cool info here!

Are you targeting also a total memory game size limit ? It can be interesting, a 3MB entire game...
We don't really have a size limit planned for this game but we're trying to keep it low so anyone can easily download it. The more acessible, the better.

Update, we also opened up a page on IndieDB. Check it out, it's pretty and omg

How to play? Now you know! Updating the OP to include this art.
I think this art is not very in line of the game ambiance...
You're correct - a bikini elf in Midgard Kingdom doesn't really make a lot of sense. We deliberately did the character design like this though, to poke fun at RPGs in general. The fact that she uses a plain bikini as an armor is to further emphasize the sheer ridiculousness of why RPGs even consider making such armor designs.

This game is a very tongue in cheek reference to classic RPGs and its tropes. However, we're also writing dialogue to the characters as well as we can so we can develop each character and not rely only on looks (that would be very shallow!)

Maybe it can use this style:

But then we would be making Zelda. We don't want to get C&D from Nintendo!

We aren't taking the medieval age very seriously, either - there are references from all over the place in order to make our game a more lighthearted experience. We don't want to focus too much on story and leave the gameplay behind.

Meanwhile, a new character is approaching. Who could this be?
Interesting riddle.
I'm sorry for being late - I've been making a lot of stuff and also getting ready for my vacation trip.

but to redeem myself, I'll leave this art here - it hasn't been posted anywhere! I think.

I'm back from my vacation trip - but that doesn't mean I've been relaxing! We made lots of development for the game, and we even did this small thingy! (click on the image for original post)

May 2017 be a fun and productive year for both our team and our followers!
Test with the warp distortion effect. We're doing our best to make a beautiful scenery with 4 colors.
