hi. I downloaded this app called Pokeland Legends from the App Store for free and I need help trying to get the models. My question is how to rip from iOS games?

.IPA's are really easy to extract files from.
IIRC, you need to change the extention to .ZIP and unzip it. There's a .APP file inside that can have its file system viewed by mac computers.

If you have it installed, then iFunBox allows you to browse through an app's files as well.

Open with 7zip program (rename for .7z)
