The VG Resource

So I have ripped from Sonic and the secret rings. But I've came to a problem, I can't find any programs that'll open these files> Like the .txd texture files or the .dat sound files.

Can anyone help me on this or at least point me to any programs that cooperate with the Sonic and the secret rings files?
