also minor fix to kodama, i had forgotten to unhide a layer that fixed a small issue with the opening in her pigtails and glow to her eyes.

Trying to learn how to BG. Not real sure how to detail the buildings...

"egehhehe immagetchyeh! IMMAGETCHA"
no c+c to give in this one so far, looks p. good
It's super great and I love the design, but the angle/perspective of the lower legs (megaman boots) in relation to the perspective of the pelvic strikes me as a bit inconsistant. I feel like the (our) right leg should be angled ab it away from the viewer.

I think the collar needs a bit of reshaping and refining

And yeah, i think i agree steve. I'll redraw the leg when i work my way down there as i color it in

and theres the line art. i think i'm going to use this to test various shading styles. Are there any glaring errors in the lines?
Well thats 2 tests out of a projected 5 down. I'm aware of the lightsource inconsistency in areas, just figured it wasnt worth fixing on what will end up just being a shading texture test. Which of these 2 do you guys like? Ill set up an actual poll when all 5 are up.
a few of the styles i wanted to try didn't really pan out, so we have these 3. Which do you prefer, please vote in this poll:

reshading the finalized one based on the poll, 1 got 22 votes out of 30 last i checked it.

do you like a thicker or thinner outline?
I love the thicker outlines; it helps the piece pop.
thick outlines represent

i am more fond of solid and non-blurred shadows for your artwork, it seems to fit better
