Wait till it's clear whether he's really banned or just suspended for some time. If he won't be able to get to this until christmas due to the suspension, I'll bypass him and send you someone else's name.

If it's Megazario than he is not even qualified for this. He has been banned several times, and he might even be permabanned. He doesnt even know how to draw or sprite.

What if you were to use a base sprite then add stuff to it, like a human base, then add clothes, hair, etc?
I think that would be okay...
But is it necessary? Why not doing it from scratch?
