I have various Pokemon roms that I have successfully ripped from, I'm having trouble with ripping from Pokemon Channel though.

I have no idea how to open or convert the various file types in the rom. I would like to get the music and sound effects ripped and converted into either mp3 or wav.

These are the file types:

.h4m
.dol
.bnr
.tpl
.dat
.tzm
.bin
.bmg
.rgb
.pkc
.pool
.proj
.samp
.sdir

I don't know what any of these file types do.
