So, I found that the textures for this game are in an NTP3 format, which is oddly similar to Smash4, probably because of Bandai Namco's involvement. I found a QuickBMS script for that, and extracted the textures, only to find that the so-called DDS textures are actually GIDX files. After searching around, it turns out that that file type is common around Bandai's games, but I have not found a single working converter for it.
