Still thinking about those Valkyrie profile portraits i couldnt get.
In the iso, i found a 500mg file named "PSPVAL1.PFS" .
After a few search on google
, i found a french forum in which they say they used "Valkyrie_Profile_PSP_v1" and "Xpert" to extract 5000 files, most of them were .dat but there were some .png. However, i cant find anything about those 2 app.
Funny enough,
I also found this blog which talk about how bad the encription is 
So yeah, do you guys see anyway to extract from that file?
I'll try to brute force it later today, I seem to remember having some sort of success previously
Little bump, I was speaking with Dazz and he wasnt able to do it. Anyone see a way to make this work?
If I had a sample or sometype of file to look at, I'd be able to help more

I took a look at it, and it doesn't look encrypted or anything (unless the sounds aren't and the rest are). I'll look into it

Nice, well in fact PspVal1.pfs should contain everything but the .avi since its the only file that has weight other than the file moviepac.dat.
Sorry for the necro post, but I was thinking of a doing another playthrough and rips what i have missed of Valkyrie profile. But before i put some hours into that, i was wondering if anyone had success in extracting sprite directly from the files or if there was some new tools that could help.
