Hello,

I have extracted Shin'en games (Fast Neo and Art of Balance WII U) and I have found .w3d files for models I suppose and .tex files for textures. See my attachment (zipped).

I've seen in a website that Shin'en use a special game engine they heve developed but I'm not sure.

How to open/view it?!  Ouch! (Noesis can't open it)

REASON : The game have awesome graphics with a very small size and I want to use it for a mobile game.

Thanks !
That interests nobody or the file format is very strange ?!

That can interest, no ? The models are pretty awesome !
Especially Fast NEO, with races of F-Zero style.
The files are compressed.
i've looked into Fast Racing Neo files myself, and I can tell that the w3d files are compressed since I couldn't find any offsets for the models.. except for the bone names.. thats about it.
The files don't use zip compression.
I searched this with Offzip program.
There's many more kinds of compression other than zip.
Yes, but I don't know many programs for file format analysation.
It's my first research on an unknown game file, I don't know much how to do.
Thanks to ThatTrueStruggle, I have now a decompressor for this file type :

I have decompressed a model file and I found only textures path :

And a scencafe (Cafe for WiiU and Scen for... scene maybe?) magic header and many points :

This is the decompresed file (here a ventilator 3d model) :

Can you help me on how to open this file in a 3D model viewer ?

For textures I have verified with TexConv (gtx) and it don't recognize it.
But the models are more important.

I think I will wait Cemu to emulate it so I can rip it.
