How decode Mii QR-codes like this one?

I get this raw data(bytes) with an online qr-code reader https://zxing.org/w/decode?u=http://semacode.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/4-mii_spock.jpg
which is still not readable 
I was hoping to find the name-part(Spock) , but i did't found it.
Can anyone please help? I would greatly appreciate it
