I want to rip stuff from Glover 2 (unreleased, N64). And I want to know if someone would be allowed to do so.
Would it be possible to add "unreleased/beta"? at the end of the game title?
While this isn't a direct answer to the original question, it is worth pointing out one extra thing here. You're definitely allowed to rip from old unreleased games but if the game is not out yet and will be released, we generally wait for the game to come out before we'll accept content from it. You can certainly rip and submit it before then but we won't approve it until the game is out in all markets.
