So I was wondering if anyone is working on this and if they would like me to upload the game files for this?

I did some looking around, and it's using GameBryo.

If it's using Gamebryo I suggest looking up Niftools as those work pretty well for importing Gamebryo's model files.

I think Noesis can also import .NIF files
