I am trying to use tile layer pro to rip sprites some NES games, but I don't know how to get a palette or if it would be compatible. My emulator of choice is FCEUX 2.2, but I can use other emulators as long as they are for Windows.
Have you tried using the emulator's PPU viewer, which displays all color palettes currently loaded?
