basic details on planned game:

The guys in the top row are planned to be the playable characters, and each one has a unique play mechanic. The chubby guy can bounce (the higher you drop from the higher and farther you can bounce), The blue robot can pick up and carry stuff, the guy with the red eyes uses some kind of magic energy type stuff to grapple to stuff and fire projectiles, the knight can cut stuff with his sword and fight better than any other character, the striped shirt guy can jump high and double jump, the line guy can fit through thin cracks, and I'm not sure about the other three at the moment. The bottom row are enemies.
This is a pretty cool concept, and I really don't have any crits for this~

And I'd love to see the final game :>
Random ideasss:
Hump guy restores health better.
Red robot hovers via propeller on head.
Green frog-guy thing can... run fast?

@ Bricklin,
the hump guy would make a good tank, so that's a good idea. I'll probably go for something similar to that that.

also: you could make the hump guy take less damage than the other characters, and he could have the ability to throw himself at enemies

And I like Bricklin's other two ideas. The red robot seems perfect for the hovering bit (and his hover would go longer length-wise than the double-jumper and the bouncer, but both the bouncer and the double-jumper can go much higher than the red robot), and the green guy would be good for running at break-neck speeds (such as for reaching a door before it closes, getting across long collapsing bridges, etc.)
I like all of those ideas except for the green guy. He's a king, so I'm trying to think of something more... kingy.

castle NPCs
The Chef kind of looking guy reminds me of Chef Kawakisci(spelt wrong) from Kirby. Nice!
Chef Guy's head looks detached.
Tried to make chef's head more attached.

This is good, Phantom Kirby. Other than the last guy having his helmet not on fully, which I know is intended, but this is more a preference, there aren't any real problems I can see.
