The pink haired head is passable; the top is too flat and the shading choices for colours aren't great (this bit is true for all the heads), but otherwise as a head it works.

The second head has some unusual proportions; the eyes are too close so it ends up looking vertically elongated. Another thing for this head and the previous one is that the outline colour is really dark compared to the colours

For the third head, I have no idea what the white things are supposed to be (horns?), you need to make it clearer. The black outline doesn't pair well with the dark shades, this one's outlines actually need to be darker (or the colours lightened.) A fundamental problem is that your shapes are too basic, for example the purple bowtie(?) doesn't look like a bowtie, it just looks like two vague shapes attached to the head. The hair looks uneven (the part closer to the viewer looks higher than the part further away) and it's not clear what the part in the back is supposed to be. The mouth is also weird; the placement doesn't match the shape that the head suggests; the cheeks suggests the mouth area bulges out in front so the mouth doesn't look centered.

Overall the main problem with these is a problem most beginners have: when you are drawing something you're not drawing "the object", you're drawing "shorthand for the object". A classic example would be a beginner trying to draw a tree; to a beginner a tree is a green circular thing (the leaves) on a brown tall rectangle (the trunk), but that's not actually what a tree looks like at all. Similarly, you're not really drawing the object itself, you're drawing what you think the object looks like based on some simplifications your brain makes.

One way to break out of this habit is to do copy practice; take an image and try to replicate it as close as possible with your medium. If you want to practice drawing faces, look up faces on the internet in the style you want to learn and try to copy them as close as possible within your ability (but you should avoid using crutches like tracing.)
Also I am trying to make the brothers sprite look better since I might use them in an upcoming fangame.

(I just hope it still looks my original, and not like Mit's edit.)
I kinda made this because I wanted myself to have a new rep for when I go on sites and stuff, so I hope it is pretty good to the viewing audience, and if not, then please give me some C+C on it.

Edit fixed alot of errors:
Practicing with a mario head. How is it looking?

Edit: Made some changes
Boy, oh boy it has been a while so why not kickstart things back up by ....
