Does Puggsoy's signature count as a webcomic?
I don't read many webcomics other than Square Root of Minus Garfield. A daily series of edited Garfield comic strips. Some cheesy, some funny.

Another i read, but not much these days is Mutant Ninja Turtles Gaiden. Manga-esque TMNT comic with the Turtles now adults.
Plus some other stuff that i won't spoil, so check it out yourself.
BTW, It's also in the style of the original Eastman and Laird comics, complete with swearing, violence, and gore.
There's also TMNT: Dawn of the Ninja, which has beautiful artwork. But it's way more violent and gory than anything Ninja Turtles related.
Even the official comics.

Hate those "Two Gamers" type of webcomics, with their bland art styles and crap jokes, which even stupid people have agreed with the comic's opinions over something. VG-Cats being an example.

And don't  get me started on Homestuck. So sick of seeing cosplayers of it at conventions i go to. No wonder some in the US have banned them.
I prefer things that have overarching storylines, more in the vein of graphic novels that release pages during a schedule than weekly self-contained strips.

Though this is just my main preference, I won't outright avoid ones with weekly strip formats, but I don't read very many webcomics these days anyhow.

That actually reminds me of a similar web comic I read a while back.

It's very interesting to see a comic that only focuses on Jon.
I read Bob and George, 8-Bit Theatre, Kid Radd, and a bunch of others back in the heyday. Now I really only follow Captain SNES.
Woah, I think I read Turtles Gaiden like, years ago. I had no idea it was still ongoing, that's crazy
I'm gonna drop my webcomics folder here even though plenty of these have been brought up before:
Cucumber Quest
Awkward Zombie
Harpy Gee This is made by the person who made the Princess Amethyst shorts for DC Nation. It's a fantasy sort of setting, which has been done plenty of times before but this comic seems alright-ish I guess? I don't follow it too closely.
It Hurts!!
Two Guys and Guy
Paranatural
Everblue I forget where I found this comic but it's interesting. The art starts off as pretty alright but it's much better now. It has a story and I don't remember any punchline characters or cheap "wow so wacky XD" jokes but I could be wrong.
Kiwi Blitz Kind of a superhero/technology thing. Has a story.
Nedroid
Johnny Wander This didn't start out as a comic with a story (it was just "hey look at what happened to us, the writers and artists of the comic, today" and stuff) but at the moment they're doing something called "Lucky Penny" which has a whole big story thing.
Pepper and Carrot A witch(?) and her cat. Almost never updates, though.
Let's Speak English Made by the person who writes (and used to draw) Kiwi Blitz. No story, just a "hey look at what happened to me, the writer and artist of the comic, today" sort of thing.

Out of all of these, only Cucumber Quest, Harpy Gee, It Hurts!!, Paranatural, Everblue, Kiwi Blitz (and Johnny Wander to some extent) have a story.
