WHATS WRONG? I'm using a windows 7 computer 32bit. I tried downloading a previous and newer version and it still showed up like this!

I think he's saying that the viewpoints are all white.
Try expanding them

Try running the "Change Graphics Mode" shortcut and see if that helps.
