Just three colors. No multiple sprites to make up one or layers and such. Just three colors.

this is by far the best you've done and it is actually green this time, am I the only one that sees the first couple you posted as gray?
Dex's edit fixes a lot of the anatomy issues I mentioned, though his right foot still looks off. Also don't like the yellow (is it only crap on my end again?)
Oh you asked about Boo too. Basically, there's just too much going on in his face compared to everyone else's, and with only 3 colors the eyes, mouth, and hands just run together. The only simple solution would be to make him a couple pixels bigger, but that would throw off your scale.
