I am trying to rip a model From Mega Man Battle and Chase (Specifically the Blue Bomber and his Rush Roadster) and i need a much sophisticated way to rip models from the bin+cue so can someone help me?
I know it's not the "correct" way, but you could always try using 3DRipperDX or NinjaRipper, and then alter the model so it is in a T-pose or normal standing position. Doing that to a PS1 model should be quite easy, being that the models are very low-poly.

The psx has no z-buffer, so if you use 3D ripper DX or the likes, all you get is a 3D scene with no depth.
Your best bet is using no$psx but it's really not for beginners.
