it has missiles, teleportation, flame throwers, and it's called robo puncher........it's supposed to be a robot piloted by a human.....thingy......

This is basically a blacked out fighting game sprite with what looks like a MS Paint shape tool'd Head on top. Or a UFO...? idk

It's actually Noob Saibot from the SNES version of Mortal Kombat II (it's the only sheet we have, but it fits), not just any blacked out fighting game sprite.
