Toki Tori is a very easy game to rip from, as you don't have to rip or extract any of the sprites at all. They're all right there in the open as .PNG files.
I got to play this game on PS4 at Nebraskon, and the person I was playing it with told me it was also on Steam, so...
Just like Toki Tori, this game's sprites are already in .PNG format, with no conversion needed.

I really enjoy the Tomodachi Life rips, because I've been trying but I saw this and love em', so you should try and rip more models.
