Oh uhm... forgive me if this is a dumb observation but shouldn't "Nibbs's" be just " Nibbs' "?
The whole "apostrophe S" thing is a greyish area when dealing with names, there's no strict rule. Both are used and acceptable; there's both a St. James's Park and St James' Park. I personally write it with it, so I'd write "Nibbs's". See the first answer to this and the second-to-last paragraph of the second answer to this.
English is a very peculiar language.
I'm here to report that certain sounds may be missing in your Super Smash Bros Wii U sound rips.
I checked Jigglypuff's sounds, and the sound effects associated with Rest are not there.
And the sounds snd_se_Purin_Special_C2_L02, snd_se_Purin_Special_C3_L02 and snd_se_Purin_Special_L01 do not sound like Rest at all.
Also, while there does exist a snd_se_Purin_sleep, it still sounds very different from the sound that is actually used when Jigglypuff falls asleep with Rest. So yeah, there you go, I guess...

I'll go double-check later, but I don't think anything is missing. Maybe some of those related sounds are in the common sounds archive?
Checked, and they're not in the Common Sounds archive either...

The streamed sound effects can be easily ripped with SNESSOR95, which can be found on Zophar's Domain. The frequency isn't always correct at default, but there are several options to change it in the program, or you can change the frequency in an audio editor. I actually used this program for some of my rips, which strangely, haven't been approved yet.

"Stages 4 / 7" has been updated with the "fixed" sounds for Wii Fit Studio from the v1.1.1 patch (the old ones they replace are still included) and also now has the Spanish-US voices for that (they're completely different compared to the regular Spanish clips, but the ones for French-US aren't any different so including those would be redundant), and "Stages 7 /7" was updated with the sounds for the Super Mario Maker and Pirate Ship stages. All of the "Announcer" archives and "Menus" were updated with the sounds related to Tourney mode (forgot all about adding those!) and the French and Spanish Announcers in particular were also updated with the alternate sound files from the US version. The Spanish-US Wii Fit Trainer is a new submission, and the respective sounds for that were also added to the "Smash Tour Sounds" archive. Likewise for the French-US and Spanish-US Crowds.

...Phew, that was a mouthful.
Is it possible to get the sound files from 3DS games? I'm wondering if you could get Kirby's voice clips from Triple Deluxe. Unlike other Kirby games, the Sound Test in Triple Deluxe doesn't include SFX, so they can't be recorded.

I'll have the rest of those sounds up later once I've tried giving them all their proper names. Gawd I hate the way the AWB/ACB formats store their filenames.

It's definitely possible. BCWAV files can be converted fairly easily... file names, on the other hand, aren't so easy to get.
Is it posible to get hirule legend sounds?
Wait do you rip files using a 3ds emulator and 3ds game rom, or a modified 3ds?
How do you match up the names with the BCWAVs when ripping Wii U games?
I want to get, or make a NSMBU and/or NSLU rip.

I used a decrypted ROM, using the Xorpad files that I was sent a while back for the 3DS files I've ripped.

I honestly couldn't tell you right now as I'm not sure myself.

I ripped and uploaded them to The Sounds Resource yesterday, just didn't get around to posting them here since I was feeling sick.
