Seems like everyone's got one these days, so maybe we should just do a big thread. Pimp yourself, post when you're goin live, talk about Twitch drama (there's always somethin), get help setting your stream up, whatever.
I currently stream about 5 days a week with two friends of mine at
twitch.tv/GildedLoot and we love when people come chat.
I keep meaning to start a Stream for me playing video games and such, but my biggest concern is that I just wouldn't keep up with it often enough.
I think I've gotten more viewers when I'm offline then streaming. Got any ideas?
The time of day you're streaming maybe?
I've mainly been doing test streams to see what works and streaming around 9pm-2am central time.
YGOPRO and Forbidden Memories work pretty well, but I don't feel comfortable using ygopro on the stream (those never get any views anyway), and Forbidden Memories is sadistic.
I also tried my modded Fallout New Vegas but the screen would freeze while the audio kept going.
I thought that Forbidden Memories would at least get some views at those times. That's usually when I see people on it. I don't know why but a lot of the people that watch it speak Portuguese.
What broadcaster are you using?
Open broadcaster. I think it might be because of my mods being too much, but I don't know if they would be. I don't think they would be but who knows?

my stream days are really sporadic--i pretty much only stream when i feel like it, or if there's something in specific that i want to do on stream.

twitch. for pixel art, i use
livestream.
I don't have a stream account on either streaming site, and very rarely do I ever watch streams. (the last stream of any sort that I ever watched was the Nintendo E3 event) However, I am considering making an account on Livestream just so that I can record me drawing stuff, and have friends come in and watch my drawing process.

i can only stream from my ps4 because my computer is shit for streaming but if i ever buy a game that actually should be streamed, theres my stream
