The colours are seem good, but honestly I'm not really sure what you're going for. Of course, it's unfinished, but right now it looks very median-ish and hard to read. It would be great if you could post a more finished version so it's easier to give crits.

I think your darkest blue might be too sat
what I'm seeing right now is:
a royal(?) centaur(?) wearing a robe with fur around the neck and loin-cloth sort of thing (and armored legs). they're holding a sword in their right hand, but the left hand isn't visible; the hindquarters have sort of plate armor and the tail is sticking up. I'm also guessing the thing on top is a hat, but I'm stating that in this vague fashion in case it's something else entirely, like a crazy cool helmet lol
second pass:
oh it's a wizard. left hand should probably be rotated clockwise a bit to match up with the cane
What stands out to me is how far leaned back the character is, so much that it would be very painful or difficult to stand like that for very long unassisted.
