I made some edits (the ones on the blue rectangles.) Hopefully this shows to round the arms a little better. As for the red...

Look at these animations. See how KSSU Kirby's shape doesn't change, even when it's in motion (I just took the first and last frames of this animation actually)? Yours will not animate as well, because Kirby's size is changing randomly like that. That falling sprite is another one with a similar problem-- it's smaller than its preceding frame for no real reason.
Thanks for the rounding things. Wink
Here's an updated version with two new sprites :

And for the floating sprites and falling, I managed to make him stay normal.

(Sorry for it being so fast)
Nerp.
I'm still here.
.....
On another note(second time today I said that), here is a Test Drive 6 (GBC) Porsche 9/14. I need more angles, hence w.i.p.

Err... [Image: xkLRwb9.png] The edit you gave to this sprite makes his arm seem not-round again. I don't particularly agree with the edits on the other sprites on that row, but this is the worst offender.

As for the Porsche...I'm not a car buff, so all I can say is that I hope the sprites on the corners are not complimentary angles, because they're not aligned through the same angle at all.

One of the biggest issues I see is that you give Kirby a lot of straight lines even though he's meant to be shaped like a ball.
As you can see, in the circled areas you gave him more or less straight areas as opposed to curves.
It's on more than just these three frames though, so you should go through and round out the curves where needed.
Nerples, another late update?
Yesh, and I've been meaning to check up on this for awhile. XD
Well, here's my edits (kinda)
[Image: gbckirbyv2_by_quirbstheepic-d797cvl.png]
You've still got straight lines all over the place.
These two poses in particular stood out immediately, and I'd only just barely glanced at the sheet.

They're in other poses as well.
Go through the sheet and remove as many as you can.
My narf, I think I did it.

whoops....huge text wall fail.

Here, maybe this will help with jaggies and straight edges. You still have a lot of them. You seem to be touching up on the ones we point out, but we can't take the time point ALL of them out to you. You need to be able to recognized jagged edges and straight lines on your own. I see some in just about every sprite up there. Maybe this excerpt from the spriting dictionary will help you:

The rest of the spriting dictionary is here.
I think the problem here is that I'm sensing a circle tool being used... (pssst, don't use the circle tool to draw circles).

Lol, I did use the circle tool for arms. XD

The biggest problem I'm seeing in your sprites is your shapes. Kirby's feet, particularly in the flying sprite, look like blocks. Kirby's standing sprite looks like a good circle, but his guarding sprite gives him a rocky kind of shape. Also, when Kirby flies, his feet are usually more far back than that. Don't use the circle tool at all. The name "Kirby" in the sheet is very hard to read because the lighter shade of black blends in withe the outline. You might want to define Kirby's shape more. On his blocking sprite, his body shape is like a rock, as I stated before, but, his right arm(our left) is completely flush with the side of his body, which makes no sense. Kirby's shape can be pretty inconsistent at some points as well. For example, the two frames of his victory poses look completely different. Other than that, you're off to a good start!
Thanks! I worked on the sprites once again (For....the Iforgoteth time) and also put the jump/fall sprites in the new sheet.
