I wasn't sure if I should make a thread for this or not, but I decided to do it anyway. I might make more characters or whatever, but all in all, I am finished with this one...
The shading seems incomplete in a few spots, but the lazy mouse error on paint is holding me back from doing much more right now...

The biggest problem I have is some inconsistent lightsources. Other than that, it's great!

too much selout, it's ruining the definition of the sprite.

I think she might need a nose job. Just sayin'.

Looks neat! Leg shading needs to be cleaned up, and I think the face is too defined for the given character, ironically :p
