I'm interested what you're into, maybe there's some stuff which I or other people would also like.

What I'm (regularly) reading:

Dragonball Multiverse
Touhou Tag Dream
Brawl in the Family
Oglaf
Nedroid

and of course puggsoy's signature.
I think this thread can be in General Discussion, just like the music and movie threads. Moving!

My current list as listed on my blog:

Cool

I don't really read many webcomics. My brother reads xkcd so I occasionally check out those (like that regular expressions one I posted), but apart from my daily fix of Dilbert I don't regularly read any.
Awkward Zombie, Gunshow, Manly Guys Doing Manly Things, Fanboys, and Sakana.

I also have intentions on reading up on Dr. McNinja and Boxer Hockey at some point.
Questionable Content
Feel Afraid (although he's busy with a show idea that got greenlighted, last I remember)
What I currently Read:
Homestuck/Problem Sleuth/Jailbreak/ Bard's Quest/MSPA
Questionable Content
Oglaf
Sinfest
Perry Bible Fellowship
The Less then Epic Adventures of Tj and Amal
Awkward Zombie
Gunshow
Manly Guys Doing Manly Things
Dinosaur Comics
Gunnercrieg Court

What I've read in the past:
Dr. McNinja

What I Plan to Read:
Boxer Hockey
Shortpacked
Dumbing of Age
Probably more /shrugs
I don't really read webcomics, but I used to. A couple of favourites were Okashina Okashi (Strange Candy) and And Shine Heaven Now.

There were probably a couple of others, but those are the two whose names have stuck.

...One day I'll get around to reading all of Homestuck, too.

Only do this if you can properly make headspace for all of the information that happens. Seriously, the comic itself is so content heavy, it's hard to remember it all, however it's honestly not a bad read. Fandom can be kinda crazy though so be careful of that too.
I'm the kind of person who reads things all in one go, and I got to the end of Act... Two? Or Three, once, I don't remember, and I guess it'll all make sense... eventually? But yeah, there's just so much going on all at once and no context for a lot of it until much later, s i g h.
A bunch which has been mentioned:

Brawl in the Family

Twogag (please do not mistake it with 9gag) (also, Kitsu's the one who recommended this one~)

Awkward Zombie

Hark! A vagrant

the Perry Bible Fellowship (I wasn't even aware there were new comics)

Nedroid
