Yeah, I know there used to be a thread about this, but I'd rather not necro-post.

Anyway, TvC is coming out December 11th in Japan for the Wii. And the Wii version will have more characters. (I'm assuming that means more playable characters than the arcade version) The arcade version runs on a Wii-compatible arcade board, so the Wii release isn't too surprising.

Current Roster:
-Tatsunoko:
--Ken the Eagle (Science Ninja Team Gatchaman)
--Casshan (Neo-Human Casshan)
--Tekkaman (Tekkaman: The Space Knight)
--Yatterman-1 (Yatterman)
--Hurricane Polymar (Hurricane Polymar)
--Gold Lightan (Golden Warrior Gold Lightan)
--Doronjo(Yatterman)
--Karas (Karas)
--Hakushon Daimaō (Hakushon Daimaou) (Wii exclusive)
--Jun the Swan (Science Ninja Team Gatchaman)
--Ippatsuman (Gyakuten! Ippatsuman)

-Capcom:
--Ryu (Street Fighter)
--Chun-Li (Street Fighter II)
--Batsu Ichimonji (Rival Schools: United By Fate)
--Alex (Street Fighter III)
--Morrigan Aensland (Darkstalkers)
--Sōki (Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams)
--Mega Man Volnutt (Mega Man Legends)
--PTX-40A (Lost Planet: Extreme Condition)
--Roll (Mega Man)
--Saki Kanebou (Quiz Nanairo Dreams)
--Viewtiful Joe (Viewtiful Joe)

Discuss, I guess.
I can't fucking wait for this game.

done
Looks absolutely amazing.

Hahahaha, I can't believe the VS from Lost Planet is a character...that's just too great.

Please, some Samurai Pizza Cats and Viewtiful Joe and Frank West?
Well, I'm sure they wanted something to counter-balance Gold Lightan. But yeah, I'm hoping for some Pizza Cats too...

I've also heard that the Wii version will have mini-games like a Hadouken game and a Gatchaman shooting game.
Will this game look graphically the same on the Wii? I mean the game looks pretty good for the little white box to try and do.
Still wondering why this game had a location test in the USA even though there's no way in hell it's leaving Japan. Maybe they're planning on slapping marvel characters on it for an easy Marvel Vs. Capcom 3.

And yes, Pizza Cats would be awesome.
Well, Capcom's at least looking into it. http://www.kombo.com/article.php?artid=11630 No guarentees, of course, but hey...

And some screens for the Wii mini-games:

The graphics don't look half-bad at ALL.

Man, if it wasn't for the fact that this is the only game to look forward to for the Wii, it'd be a system seller.
This is a few weeks old, but still pertinent, if you ask me.

this is from the Wii version

this is sexy as hell
Considering that the other "crossover" game is DC vs. Mortal Kombat, I liked this one, although I keep hearing people in other places asking "what's Tatsunoko"?

Still, the roster's good, and it appears that, for once, Capcom's roster won't consist of mostly Street Fighter characters. I can't believe a "Lost Planet" character is involved Smile.

But wouldn't it kill them to include something from the Mega Man X series?
I'm really hoping this will come to NA.
I don't want another Captain Rainbow thing happening to me.
New characters confirmed: Jun the Swan from Gatchaman and Roll from Mega Man.

Hardly anyone in America knows what Tatsunoko even is, so I doubt this is coming stateside.
Wow, I haven't even heard of most of these people.

I really need to get out more.
