The top part of the hamburger looks kind of strange. Almost like it's wavy or something.

Your Goomba looks really squished, like he's in the middle of being jumped on. Make him a little bit taller so his features aren't so close together.
Also, the coin looks a bit odd in that it has a very narrow bump on the front, yet in the rotating animation's frames, the bump appears to be larger.
It could just be me, but Fat Mario's right arm (our left) looks slightly too close to his dungarees strap.

I like the Mario tile sprites a lot..

It reminds me of Mario VS donkey kong 2 march of the mini's at the 3rth world (where you could rotate the pipes)
