skip this if you know what mirroring is;
mirroring is when a download is hosted on more than one site, in case some users can not connect or use certain download sites, ie 4shared requires a login. the mirror Enigma posted is so others can access the file without creating a 4shared account. hope that
explodes explains things a little.
Could you re-host the file? I tried the "get" method but it did not work -- it still asked for a login. Enigma's file also got deleted, so...

okay well they're up now... for future reference, please try to organize the textures (as in it'd be better to just submit like, character art or general effects or character textures rather than stuffing several random ones into one pack), and make icons, thanks...
