Are custom t-posed models accepted?

A game I'm trying to rip from has this character viewing thing and I can rip the models with the character's arms to the sides.
Luckily, it's pretty easy to t-pose them, and I want to submit them.

Yes. Rigging is always appreciated if you can do it.
But be sure to include a copy without the rigging too.
