Hey everybody.

I am currently working on a premier Smash Brothers sprite animation series that will be hosted on Machinima.com and written by Dexter Manning. I have found a lot of the sprite sheets you guys have made on here and I am really impressed. I would like to use some of them and I will most definitely give all of you the credit you deserve.

I have run into a couple of problems though and I thought you guys might be able to help me.

First, I am having a tough time finding all the final sprite sheets. Some of the characters I have found contain only a few poses. Is there a place I can go to download the final version of each character all organized in one place?

Second, the final sprite sheets I have been able to find sometimes differ in quality or style. For an example of style, notice how Lucas in the spritesheet below has a defined black outline but Ness does not. For an example of quality, notice how Ness and Lucas both have three to four palettes for shading where Captain Falcon only has one shade for shading.

Has this already been fixed?

I look forward to hearing your responses.
Most (if not all) of the sprite sheets on the Smash Bros. page of the main site are unrelated to the Smash Bros. project going on here, on the forums. You'll be pretty hardpressed to find any complete sheets related to this project and style, because nobody knows what they want to do (and also, everyone has other things to work on.)

Whether you can use them or not, I'm not sure. I'm sure Tonberry or someone will be able to clear things up on that matter. For the sheets located on the main site, you should contact the sheet's creators to ask permission.
Kriven,

Thanks for the heads up.

Most of the actual sprite sheets say they are okay to use as long as credit is given. I am tracking on the sprite sheets that specifically ask that I ask for permission prior to use.

Yea, I noticed there does not seem to be any complete sheet. It appears that work on this project expired about two years ago. I guess everybody got sidetracked with other projects.
