This could also be put in the Sonic & Knuckles section, but since S&K by itself can't access Competition Mode, it doesn't really have to.

I know there's another rip from the Game Select screen, but it was pretty lacking. And like the last sheet, this could be placed in the Sonic & Knuckles section also, but doesn't necessarily have to.

I used AnimGet. There's also a modded version of Gens called DebuGens, that allows you to disable layers. I'm sure it's not the best way, but it works for me.
I customised Gens a while back to also allow you to add an additional layer behind everything which is magenta. Makes ripping stuff so much easier.
