It looks brownish on my phone as well.
A lot better than before, but the blue was still the best.
Changed the red very slightly; now it looks red on every phone I've tried - Samsung Stratosphere, LG Optimus, and an iPhone.

I see what Dazz says about it looking brownish, but it seems to only do that on the VERY LOWEST brightness setting when the phone is inactive for 10 seconds.

it's kind of hard to use a dimly-lit screen as a yardstick when most phone screens vary in brightness guys <<
Why is the tSR logo green?
eheh heh heh

that's...gameboy colors <_<;

I was trying it out but it doesn't seem to mesh well. I actually considered making the entire theme GB colors but after seeing how truly unreadable it was on lowest brightness maybe that's not such a great idea.

The gimmick about the GB colors logo is that it's only a mere 2 kilobytes, meaning you'd have to load the page about 500 times for it to even chalk up to a megabyte of data <<
My bad, I didnt pick up on that at all

Is it capable to have multiple phone themes? The gameboy theme does sound cool, and it could be non default or optional in the case someone's phone couldn't view it legibly.

It's cool - but uh, it's possible though it's not necessarily practical (plus I'm not sure if the styles would conflict). It's just...uh, a matter of choosing a different skin at the bottom.
I have plenty of plans on making the phone skin bigger and better, so I'll work on that before the gameboy skin. Tongue
I'm now posting this from my Ipod, and I can say the theme looks good here.
I did a reasonable amount of testing via the iPod. Smug

Also, to get back to some of you COOL CATS about thanking...most android/iphone browsers don't support AJAX (plus i imagine it would be a bitch to load)

so

yeah no thanks ): If I find a way to override the global thanking defaults, I'll try to incorporate the VIEWING of thanks, but otherwise it's gonna be a little tricky ):
I don't have a phone.

If you don't have anything worthwhile to add to the topic, then don't post. I'm giving you a warning for that.

Thanking works just as it should when not using the mobile theme (Android 4.0.3, standard browser) so you should actually be able to implement the same thing into the mobile theme, really. I wouldn't know why that should not work. C'mon, you can do that!

Either way, it would be pretty neat if you could remove the "quick theme selection" from the mobile theme as it doesn't work anyways and instead make the "show desktop version" link slightly larger. It is kinda irritating to have a non-working option being way more visible than the working one. Thanky Cute

I'm sorry for you, 727. But if it is of any help, I didn't have a phone until I bought one a couple of months ago, either. :-)

Actually, both iOS and Android both ship with browsers that have excellent HTML5 support, including javascript engines fully supporting AJAX.
