Moving to QIT.
First of all, most Wii games use the Brres format.
You can use this thread for help with that.

As for the animations, Brresviewer can export .PSA files which you can import using a ActorX plugin for your favourite 3d modelling program.
If you have any other questions, be sure to read the tutorial closely and if you really cant find it, you can just ask.
