The person arms seem to feel a little... not short, it looks like they are raised in a forklift-y pose, probably because of how the hands are visible. I'd recommend just keeping those 'bottom 5' skin tone pixels and having the sleeves/skin tone meet as a parallel line. Might make it a bit better. The shirt overall looks a little odd. It seems to be a shading issue. Instead of the chest being the most 'pushed out' part of the shirt, it feels like he's slouching with his abdomen out infront of him. It throws off the look of the legs too. I'd maybe raise the pants a pixel or two, and try adjusting the shirt some.
Is this any better?

I've adjusted the hands and shading. His face has also been made rounder.
Yeah, that looks better. Now that I think about it, the shirt is rather high contrast, but otherwise it seems good now. (Except that hair but you said you were going to do something else with that.)
Alright so I've done away with the hair for now, and I'm trying to make the blighter walk:

Something's definitely up with the arms, and the legs seem to jump suddenly. Should I try and make this 5 frame? Thoughts?

EDIT: I would also be appreciative of any criticism on this predatory jungle inhabiting creature I made (no animation yet).

Alright so I've started on a title screen for the game and I've done a logo.
I'd be interested to hear what people think of the shading and texture of it:

Anyone who has seen past posts in this thread should recognise the source of the horns Wink
the texture seems all over the place and idk what's supposed to be: a gritty stone? Scales? If it's scales, I think they could be better represented, because scales actually are laid out on the skin following a pattern, see snakes/crocodiles/fish for example. It's not randomly placed in those animals, so I suppose it looks similar in dragons or dinosaurs.

also like good old PatientZero (actually I don't remember if it was him; does anyone remember?) said, check if your logo looks like a penis. Sounds like a funny jokey thing, sure, but no one wants to have your work associated to dicks. In such sense, I think you need to tweak your "L" font a little...
