As far as the animation goes, I believe it's a primitive version of bone animation, with separate mesh parts instead of bones.
I am working on knuckles... Having a little trouble finding his addresses, but I shall keep looking

Though I should mention, each submission only gets one Preview image. You'll have to redo the Tornado's to include all of the models.
