The VG Resource

I have been reformulating all tSR's rule threads so a newcomer can look through all of them quickly. Several people I know complained about tSR's rule layout and placements, so I am taking the time to make all of them uniform. This way, things will become much faster.

Also all rules now link to the Universal Rules thread, so there is no excuse not to read it.

The rules remain pretty much the same, but they all now use the Universal Rule layout and formatting, and some of the rules were updated.

If you have something to say, like suggestions or errors, feel free to post them here (or send a PM to me).

Once Gorsal finishes, I'll be making some addendums as well.

I made some changes as well. However there are one or two other things I'd like to add sometime later on, just not today.

You might want to add an explicit mention of signatures to universal rule 4.
