I was just toying with the idea after watching the likes of Namco X Capcom of making a simple strategy game in the vain of Shining Force or Final Fantasy Tactics, but with a wide variety of characters from varying properties.
Although I can definitely think of plenty I just wanted to see what would be some other popular choices I may not have thought about.
The only restriction I impose is the character has to originate from a computer/video game .... so although Batman and Darth Vader have certainly starred in the odd game they didn't originate from games.
Hopefully I'll be able to show off a few sprites soon to show you guys what I have in mind, but for now if you can think of any characters you'd like to see in that kind of game, post them here
